Nouvelles fonctionnalit\u00e9s et am\u00e9liorations, on vous pr\u00e9sente les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices esp\u00e9r\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h2>3 fonctionnalit\u00e9s et des performances am\u00e9lior\u00e9es<\/h2>\n<p>On l\u2019attendait avec impatience : la version 3.0 d\u2019Akeneo PIM est arriv\u00e9e. Et pour quelque temps puisqu\u2019elle sera support\u00e9e jusqu\u2019en ao\u00fbt 2020.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est la grille produit, <a href=\"https:\/\/digitalcommerce.kaliop.com\/expertise\/pim-gestion-de-linformation-produit\/\">coeur du PIM<\/a>, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 la plus am\u00e9lior\u00e9e. L\u2019interface a \u00e9t\u00e9 enrichie pour des r\u00e9sultats plus clairs et plus rapides. Un travail sur le tableau de bord a \u00e9galement mis en avant par Akeneo. L\u2019affichage devrait se faire plus vite gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une meilleure scalabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Deux nouvelles fonctionnalit\u00e9s sont \u00e0 noter autour des entit\u00e9s r\u00e9f\u00e9rentielles et du SSO. On note \u00e9galement l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de \u201cFranklin Insights\u201d, une biblioth\u00e8que d\u2019informations produits de qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h1><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-big wp-image-12266\" src=\"https:\/\/digitalcommerce.kaliop.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/akeneosummit2019.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"383\" \/><\/h1>\n<h2>Cr\u00e9er et enrichir des entit\u00e9s r\u00e9f\u00e9rentielles<\/h2>\n<p>Cette fonctionnalit\u00e9, native dans Akeneo PIM EE, va vous permettre de g\u00e9rer des informations communes aux produits ou des entit\u00e9s r\u00e9f\u00e9rentielles \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(reference data)<\/span>. Par exemple, on peut citer les marques et les pays ou encore les tailles et les couleurs <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de regroupement<\/span>. Ces entit\u00e9s r\u00e9f\u00e9rentielles ont dor\u00e9navant leur propre menu et chacune a ses propres attributs.<\/p>\n<p>Elles sont li\u00e9es aux produits gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 deux nouveaux types d\u2019attributs : des liens simples ou multiples. Elles peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre li\u00e9es entre elles. Elles sont par ailleurs soumises \u00e0 des permissions.<\/p>\n<p>A noter que l\u2019API permet d\u2019importer\/exporter leurs enregistrements. Cela vous permettra entre autres de diffuser les infos sur vos canaux de vente multi-canal. Vous pouvez aussi en amont r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les informations stock\u00e9es dans votre syst\u00e8me d\u2019information.<\/p>\n<h1><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12265\" src=\"https:\/\/digitalcommerce.kaliop.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/akeneo-entite-referentielle.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1039\" height=\"628\" \/><\/h1>\n<h2>Une nouvelle fonction : Single Sign-On<\/h2>\n<p>Le SSO : \u00e0 quoi \u00e7a sert ? Tout simplement \u00e0 acc\u00e9der \u00e0 plusieurs applications avec le m\u00eame login\/mot de passe, en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9. On pourra ainsi utiliser vos identifiants quotidiens (ceux que vous utilisez pour vous connecter \u00e0 votre session d\u2019ordinateur par exemple) pour l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 votre PIM pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9. Plus besoin de connexion suppl\u00e9mentaire. Un petit plus pour se simplifier le travail au quotidien.<\/p>\n<p>La comptabilit\u00e9 est assur\u00e9e avec tous les serveurs d\u2019authentification respectant le standard SAML (Security assertion Markup Language) v2. C\u2019est un protocole largement utilis\u00e9 en entreprise que vous avez de grandes chances de suivre. Le SSO est int\u00e9gr\u00e9 nativement dans la version Enterprise d\u2019Akeneo 3.0. avec un co\u00fbt additionnel pour \u00eatre activ\u00e9. Attention : il ne peut pas \u00eatre activ\u00e9 en m\u00eame temps que l\u2019extension LDAP si vous l\u2019utilisez par ailleurs.<\/p>\n<h1><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-big wp-image-12268\" src=\"https:\/\/digitalcommerce.kaliop.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/akeneo-sso.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"279\" \/><\/h1>\n<h2>\u201cFranklin Insights\u201d : la biblioth\u00e8que de donn\u00e9es de qualit\u00e9 d\u2019Akeneo PIM 3.0<\/h2>\n<p>D\u00e9couvrez Franklin, votre assistant IA pour vos informations produit. Cette nouvelle fonctionnalit\u00e9 va vous permettre de recevoir des mises \u00e0 jour d\u2019informations techniques pertinentes. De quoi am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de votre catalogue produits.<\/p>\n<p>Il vous suffit de souscrire aux produits qui vous int\u00e9ressent. Un mapping entre les attributs Franklin et ceux du PIM, et c\u2019est parti. D\u2019autant plus simple qu\u2019une interface a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en place pour faciliter cette \u00e9tape.<\/p>\n<p>A noter que \u201cFranklin Insights\u201d n\u2019est disponible que dans la version EE d\u2019Akeneo PIM et pour l\u2019instant qu\u2019aux Etats-Unis. Elle n\u00e9cessite \u00e9galement la souscription \u00e0 un abonnement. On attend encore plus d\u2019informations sur sa sortie en France et sur le prix appliqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h1><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-big wp-image-12267\" src=\"https:\/\/digitalcommerce.kaliop.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/akeneo-francklin-insight.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"453\" \/><\/h1>\n<h2>La roadmap Akeneo en 2019<\/h2>\n<p>L&#8217;Akeneo PIM Summit a aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 l&#8217;occasion d&#8217;avoir plus de visibilit\u00e9 sur la roadmap de l&#8217;\u00e9diteur. Leur produit Akeneo Onboarder, nouveaut\u00e9 2018, devrait prochainement \u00eatre conforme aux normes GS1. Il devrait \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9 pour prendre en compte les retours d&#8217;exp\u00e9rience. Il va \u00e9galement \u00eatre \u00e9tendu \u00e0 un plus grand nombre de cas d&#8217;usages.<\/p>\n<p>Franklin Insights devrait \u00eatre disponible dans de nouveaux pays. Akeneo va \u00e9galement l&#8217;\u00e9tendre \u00e0 d&#8217;autres industries. New features and improvements, here are the expected benefits.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h2>3 new features and improved performance<\/h2>\n<p>We were looking forward to it: <a href=\"https:\/\/digitalcommerce.kaliop.com\/en\/partenaire\/akeneo\/\">Akeneo PIM<\/a> version 3.0 has arrived. And for some time since it will be supported until August 2020.<\/p>\n<p>The product grid, the heart of the PIM, has been the most improved. The interface has been enhanced for clearer and faster results. Work on the dashboard was also highlighted by Akeneo. The display should be faster thanks to a better scalability.<\/p>\n<p>Two new features are to be noted: referential entities and SSO. We also note an innovation: &#8220;Franklin Insights&#8221;, a library of quality product information.<\/p>\n<h1><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-big wp-image-12266\" src=\"https:\/\/digitalcommerce.kaliop.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/akeneosummit2019.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"383\" \/><\/h1>\n<h2>Create and enhance referential entities<\/h2>\n<p>This feature, native to Akeneo PIM EE, will allow you to manage information that is common to products or fully-fledged referential entities\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(reference data)<\/span>. For example, brands and countries can be mentioned, as well as sizes and colours. These referential entities now have their own menu and each has its own attributes.<\/p>\n<p>They are linked to products through two new types of attributes: single or multiple links. They can also be linked to each other. They are also subject to permissions.<\/p>\n<p>Note that the API allows you to import\/export them. This will allow you, among other things, to distribute information on your multi-channel sales channels. You can also retrieve the information stored in your information system upstream.<\/p>\n<h1><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12265\" src=\"https:\/\/digitalcommerce.kaliop.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/akeneo-entite-referentielle.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1039\" height=\"628\" \/><\/h1>\n<h2>A new feature: Single Sign-On<\/h2>\n<p>SSO: what is it for? Simply access multiple applications with the same login\/password, in complete security. This will allow you to use your daily identifiers (the ones you use to connect to your computer session, for example) to access your favorite PIM. No additional connection is required. A little something extra to simplify your daily work.<\/p>\n<p>Compliancy is ensured with all authentication servers that comply with the SAML (Security assertion Markup Language) v2 standard. It is a protocol widely used in companies that you are likely to follow. The SSO is natively integrated into the Enterprise version of Akeneo 3.0. with an additional cost to be activated. Warning: it cannot be activated at the same time as the LDAP extension if you use it.<\/p>\n<h1><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-big wp-image-12268\" src=\"https:\/\/digitalcommerce.kaliop.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/akeneo-sso.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"279\" \/><\/h1>\n<h2>\u201cFranklin Insights\u201d: the Akeneo PIM 3.0 quality data library<\/h2>\n<p>Discover Franklin, your AI assistant for your product information. This new feature will allow you to receive updates of relevant technical information. This will improve the quality of your product catalogue.<\/p>\n<p>All you have to do is subscribe to the products that interest you. Just map the Franklin and PIM attributes, and here we go. All the more simple as an interface has been set up to facilitate this step.<\/p>\n<p>Note that &#8220;Franklin Insights&#8221; is only available in the EE version of Akeneo PIM and for the moment only in the United States. It also requires a subscription. More information is expected on its release in France and the price applied.<\/p>\n<h1><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-big wp-image-12267\" src=\"https:\/\/digitalcommerce.kaliop.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/akeneo-francklin-insight.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"453\" \/><\/h1>\n<h2>The Akeneo roadmap in 2019<\/h2>\n<p>The Akeneo PIM Summit was also an opportunity to have more visibility on the publisher&#8217;s roadmap. Their new 2018 product, Akeneo Onboarder, is expected to comply with GS1 standards in the near future. It should be improved to take into account feedback. It will also be extended to a greater number of use cases.<\/p>\n<p>Franklin Insights should be available in new countries. Akeneo will also extend it to other industries.
